About Our Products
Revitalizing the Land
As part of rebuilding a healthy foundation for our local ecosystem, we rotationally graze throughout the spring, summer, and fall to increase grass growth, and regenerate the pasture through manure and pest management.
The benefits of soil development, water retention, and drought resistance resulting from this practice have proved invaluable to the production of our other crops and the overall quality of the livestock we raise.
Additionally, we have seen an overall increase in the number of local songbirds and pollinators that are now returning to the area, which is exciting evidence that agriculture without chemicals is in fact beneficial to all life systems and possible!
Fresh Heritage Vegetables & Fruit
Throughout the year, we offer a variety of fresh in-season or frozen fruit, vegetables, and herbs grown right here in our permaculture gardens.
We focus on producing cold-hardy, heritage varieties only (no GMO plants!), and all our produce is chemical and pesticide free. We fertilize with our own compost and organic Jadam fertilizers made right here from our own materials.
Farm Fresh Baking, Eggs, & Layers
Handcrafted with love and beautiful ingredients from our land, our little farm kitchen proudly boasts a variety of baked treats, sourdough, and breads, as well as other delightful pantry staples throughout the year.
Find fresh eggs from our happy pastured hens and ducks during the warm seasons, freeze dried eggs during the winter, and hearty heritage layers to re-stock your own coop every fall.
